TEA- VERDANT

Green Tea, Lemon Verbena, Lemongrass, Gotu Kola, Ginger.

All ingredients are organic.

1 Teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon of tea to 1 Cup of Boiling Water.  Steep for 5-10 minutes.  The longer you steep, the more bitter the tea will be.
