Reheating instructions:

Defrost in refrigerator OR run warm/hot water over container to loosen up the contents.  Then place in pot, add a little bit of water if reheating soups/stews/congees and gently heat it up on the stove.  You can also defrost in microwave; start with 1-2 minutes and increase to desired temperature.
